Socially Jen and Co. Rides the STL Polar Express!

St. Louis is second to none when it comes to activities that are fun for the whole family! At Socially Jen and Co., we're more like family than we are coworkers, so we work together to create a healthy balance between killin' it for our clients and enjoying our beautiful city with the ones we love most. So, naturally, when we had the opportunity to take our little ones to the St. Louis Polar Express at Union Station, we were all aboard! (See what we did there?)

With convenient parking right at Union Station, you and your crew head straight to the heated tent where you almost immediately get your picture made and that's where you also turn in your tickets for the corresponding wristband you need to board the train. Reminder, mommies and daddies - if your child is 2 or under they can sit on your lap for free! Since first class tickets include table seating, tickets must be purchased in groups of four, so there's plenty of room for the entire family! (Other ticket options are available - check out their website for details!)

From the time you walk under the arch of the Polar Express Train Station until you step off the train to the North Pole, it's truly an experience orchestrated with perfectly executed holly jolly cheer. The "train station" features a variety of games your little ones can play, picture ops for the entire family, and a viewing of THEE Polar Express. Additionally, there are live-action characters from the movie walking around the train station who are ready to take photos with you and your littles.

Once aboard our train car, our team and family were greeted by the friendliest elves we've ever encountered, eager to please chefs and an ever-punctual conductor! When the train started rolling the fun really began! Chefs, elves, conductors, and kiddos of all ages were dancing in the aisles to a host of Christmas carols (between sips of the creamiest, tastiest, hot cocoa we've ever had!)

Was there Christmas swag? You betcha! The kids each received a special gold ticket, chocolate chip cookie, hot cocoa, and their very first gift from Santa Claus (no spoiler alerts, here, folks!) But, the Polar Express offered more than take-home goodies; everyone left with sincere holiday cheer in their hearts - and that's probably the best gift of all!
